Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Area
ND Naturopathics currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rate
A flat shipping rate of $11.00 per order is currently charged at checkout. Shipping rates and available shipping methods are subject to change.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact ND Naturopathics as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe a shipment has been lost, please contact ND Naturopathics promptly with your order information. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, assist with the carrier claim process. Carrier delays and delivery circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
