ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
https://ndnaturopathics.com and purchases made from ND Naturopathics LLC (“ND
Naturopathics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and
our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please
do not use the website or place an order.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to
place an order. If you purchase a product for another person, you confirm that you are authorized
to provide their delivery information and accept these Terms on their behalf.
PRODUCT AND WEBSITE INFORMATION
We attempt to describe and display our products accurately. However, packaging, colors,
ingredients, quantities, specifications, availability, and other product details may change. Product
images are illustrative and may appear different depending on your screen.
Always read the physical product label, ingredient list, warnings, allergen information, and
directions before using a product. If website information differs from the physical label, contact
us before using the product.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update product information, prices, or
availability without prior notice. We may discontinue or limit the quantity of any product.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not
mean that we have accepted the order. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for
reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment
problems, shipping restrictions, or unusual quantities.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original
payment method for the canceled amount.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

that an address or order can be changed after fulfillment begins.
PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice,
but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout. You authorize us and
our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the complete order total.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another provider displayed during checkout. Your use
of a payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods,
charges, and any estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout or described in
our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays,
incorrect addresses, product availability, and other circumstances may cause delays.
If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered—or within 30 days when no shipping
time was stated—we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by
applicable law.
You are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address. Additional costs
caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent
permitted by law.

damaged packages, and delivery problems.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns
Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Contact support@ndnaturopathics.com promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect,
incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with. Keep the product, packaging, shipping box,
and photographs while we review the issue.
Refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider. Nothing in these Terms limits any
non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You may be permitted to purchase as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for
keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.
Notify support@ndnaturopathics.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may
suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these
Terms.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not:

  • Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
  • Interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or network.
  • Introduce malware, automated scraping tools, or harmful code.
  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit website content without permission.
  • Submit false information, impersonate another person, or use a payment method without
    authorization.
  • Use product reviews, contact forms, or other features to transmit unlawful, threatening,
    defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
    We may restrict access or cancel transactions when we reasonably believe these rules have been

REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a product review, testimonial, image, or other content, you confirm that it is
truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and
use submitted content in connection with our website and business. We may remove content that
is unlawful, misleading, unrelated, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Do not submit confidential medical information or another person’s personal information in a
public review.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ND Naturopathics harmless
from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of
these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the
website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms when our products, services, practices, or legal obligations change.
Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply
prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will
be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in New Jersey, except where applicable consumer
law permits another location.
SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in
effect. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the
agreement between you and ND Naturopathics regarding your use of the website and purchases
from our store.
